The Capitulars
28 Capitulars of the 8th Provincial Chapter gather at Talavera House of Prayer-Recoletos, Cebu City. Together with the prior general of the Order of Augustinian Recollects and the members of the provincial council, representatives from the different communities, apostolates, and ministries of the Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno form the highest governing body of the province, the Provincial Chapter.
