All systems ready!

For the very first time in the province of St. Ezekiel Moreno, the 8th Provincial Chapter will be  paperless using locally hosted servers to ensure confidentiality of the whole proceedings.

This concern brought the Chapter’s Secretarial Team to travel earlier to the Talavera House of Prayer-Recoletos, in Cebu City, before the delegates convene there. With barely a week remaining, they have to scurry in doing all the preparations, which included a majority of setting up pieces of equipment, programs, software, and gadgets necessary to achieve the paperless goal befitting the Provincial Chapter. After days of painstaking efforts in developing something from scratch, including dealing with unexpected downturns, not counting the sleepless nights, everything is finally set and all systems ready.
